In the pursuit of Tao, every day something is dropped.

music describes the universe not only more poetically, but, these days, more accurately than mathematics (by frequencies and vibrations)

A proposed Canadian legislation, Bill C-51 plans to remove 70% of natural health products (vitamins, herbs, traditional medicines) from Canadians with many others available by prescription only.

The Bill aims to restrict research and development of safe natural alternatives in favour of high risk drugs along with creating a kind of "Health Police" to enforce these proposed laws. Canadians could be punished with severe fines (up to $5 million), jail time of up to two years, seizure of property and seizure of bank accounts for simply speaking about or giving a natural product without the approval of government. The new law goes so far as to warrant action against a person who would give another person an "unapproved" amount of garlic on the recommendation that it would improve that person's health.

A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.
